How to delete blank pages in word 2016

While editing in Word 2016, you may encounter blank spaces or blank pages for no apparent reason. They make the text layout unbalanced and uncomfortable to read.

Step 1:  If you see a large white space or a blank page appearing in Word 2016, follow the instructions below to remove it.

Step 2: Go to the Home tab, select Paragraph . This feature helps display characters representing spaces in the text.

Step 3:  Immediately after that, characters will appear in the blank spaces. The next thing is to delete them, but only in the places that cause blank spaces or blank pages.

Step 4: Just highlight the characters and press the Delete key to delete them.

Step 5:  Tap the Paragraph icon againto turn off the display character. Everything will return to normal.
