These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions that apply when you access TipsMake.com or use our related features and services. Please read them carefully.
TipsMake.com (the “Website”) and its related features, content and services (collectively, the “Services”) are provided by TIPS MAKE Online Network Joint Stock Company (“TipsMake,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account or use account-based features. If you are under 14, you may use those features only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for your use of the Services.
If you use the Services for a company, school or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Accounts and Registration
Some features may require an account. When registering, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current and complete, and to update it when necessary. Registration methods may include email, telephone number or supported third-party sign-in services.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential;
- Restricting access to your account and devices;
- All activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise;
- Not selling, transferring or sharing your account; and
- Promptly notifying TipsMake if you suspect unauthorized access or another security incident.
We may reject, reclaim or require changes to a username that impersonates another person, infringes rights, is misleading or is otherwise inappropriate.
3. Using the Services
TipsMake provides technology, science, lifestyle and educational content, along with related website features and tools. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Unless we expressly authorize otherwise, the Services are provided for personal, informational and non-commercial use. You may access them only through the interfaces and methods made available or approved by TipsMake.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, contractual obligation or third-party right;
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory or invasive of privacy;
- Harm, exploit or endanger a minor;
- Impersonate a person or organization, misrepresent your identity or falsely suggest an affiliation;
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights or other intellectual property or proprietary rights;
- Send spam, unauthorized advertising, promotions or other unsolicited communications;
- Upload malware, viruses or code designed to disrupt, damage, monitor or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services, servers or connected networks;
- Attempt to bypass access restrictions, security controls or usage limits;
- Collect or store personal information about other users without a valid legal basis and their appropriate permission;
- Use automated means to scrape, copy or extract content in a manner that places an unreasonable load on the Services or violates these Terms; or
- Encourage, assist or enable another person to do any of the above.
We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action to protect the Services and our users.
5. User Content
“User Content” means information or material that a user submits, uploads, publishes, sends or otherwise makes available through the Services, including profile information, comments, images and messages.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You are solely responsible for it and represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit it.
By submitting User Content, you grant TipsMake a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, format, publish, display and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve and promote the Services. This license continues for as long as the content remains on the Services and for a reasonable period in backups, subject to applicable law.
We are not required to monitor User Content, but we may review, refuse, restrict, move or remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, infringes rights, creates risk or is otherwise inappropriate. Publicly posted content may be seen, copied or shared by others, so do not publish information you wish to keep private.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services—including their software, design, layout, text, graphics, images, videos, trademarks, logos and other content, excluding User Content—are owned by or licensed to TipsMake and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
TipsMake grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, translate, distribute, sell, license, rent, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of TipsMake's intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Paid Services
TipsMake may offer subscriptions, purchases or other paid features. Prices, billing periods, included features and any additional payment or cancellation terms will be presented before you complete a purchase and form part of these Terms.
Payments may be processed by a third-party provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charges. TipsMake does not receive or store full payment-card details handled directly by the payment provider. Additional information about payment data appears in our Privacy Policy.
If an institution, employer or another party purchases access for you, that organization may receive information about your eligibility and use of the paid service as reasonably necessary to administer the arrangement, subject to applicable agreements and privacy requirements.
8. Third-Party Content and Links
The Services may contain advertisements, integrations, third-party content or links to external websites and applications. TipsMake does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, content, products or privacy practices.
A link or reference does not necessarily mean that TipsMake endorses the third party. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
9. Availability and Changes to the Services
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, temporarily or permanently. We may also apply limits to features or access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or operational reasons.
We aim to keep the Services useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature, article or tool will remain available.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. Where account controls are available, you may request closure of your account by following those controls or contacting us.
TipsMake may suspend, restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, harmed other users, or interfered with the Services. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should continue—including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and responsibility for prior activity—will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimers
TipsMake content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating information and backing up important data before changing a device, system, account or configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” TipsMake does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that all content will always be accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TipsMake and its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your rights may vary depending on where you live.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TipsMake and its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Services, or your material violation of these Terms or another person's rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, our practices or applicable requirements. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to an update, you must stop using the Services.
15. General Provisions
These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement between you and TipsMake concerning the Services. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission. Headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
16. Contact Us
If you have a question about these Terms or want to report a violation, please use the TipsMake contact page or email pactimza@msn.com.
