- If you want to paste (chart) charts including access to all Workbooks in Word , click the Excel Chart (entire workbook).
- If you want to paste (paste) the chart as a still image (normal image), click Paste as Picture .
- If you want to paste (paste) the chart as the original format, click Keep Source Formatting .
- If you want to paste (paste) the chart and reformat the chart using Word themes, click Use Destination Theme.

If the Paste Options option button is not available when you paste (paste) a chart on Word , you must proceed to open Compatibility Mode ( compatible mode ) on Word . In Compatibility Mode ( compatible mode ), your chart will be pasted (pasted) like pasting a still image.

- To paste (paste) a chart into other formats, click the arrow under the Paste button, then click Paste Special. An As dialog window appears. On the list listed on the As dialog box, select the format you want to paste.
