As soon as the installation and activation process is completed, the program icon will appear in the System Tray. Since this is the first use, the PhotoWorks Digital Partner dialog box will appear. Click the Cancel button to skip the initialization stage for all existing digital image files on your computer. Remove the check mark before the Show this window at startup option in the Welcome dialog box, click the Next button until you see the Look dialog at everything that YOU CAN do! then select Finish to continue. The program's main menu window will appear and allow you to explore the following key features.
INITIAL REVIEW: Allows you to review all digital image files in a specific folder.
1. From the main menu window, click the New Task button, select Initial Review in Task type, enter the desired name for this task in the Task name box, click in advance the From folder option, specify the folder containing your digital photos, check the Include subfolder item and then press the OK button to continue.
2. The PDP will begin the process of creating thumbnails of image files in the selected folder. Click on the corresponding icon in the My To-Do's area.
3. The Initial Review window will appear. Press the Display previous photo buttons (the button with the arrow to the left) and Display next photo (the button with the arrow to the right) to move back and forth between photos in the same collection. 3. The Slide Show window will appear. Please select one or more photos you want to display in your slide show. Press the Options button. The Slide Show Options dialog box will appear. Move the slider to adjust the pause time between photos in a slide show and then press the OK button to continue. Click the Make Slide Show button to start the work of creating the current slide show. Press ESC if you want to finish enjoying a slide show. Finally, click the Done button to save all changes and return to the main menu.
WEB Features ALBUM: Allows you to design online photo libraries and PDP will upload them to the company's Web site for free to enjoy. (You must register for a free account at the PDP Web site before you can exploit this feature).

From the main menu window, click the New Task button, select Web Album in Task type, enter the desired name for this task in the Task name box, click in advance the From folder option, specify the folder containing your digital photos, check the Include subfolder item and then press the OK button to continue.
2.PDP will start the process of loading computer memory of the image files in the selected folder. Click on the corresponding icon in the My To-Do's area.
3. The Web Album window will appear. Please select one or more photos you want to display in your Web album. Please enter the name of the album in the Type a name area for your album here: then press the Create Captions button if you want to create photo captions. Click the Create Album button to start the work of creating a photo album. Please make the necessary declarations in this dialog box. Finally, click the Done button to save all changes and return to the main menu.
EMAIL feature: Allows you to attach an e-mail of one or more existing photos.
1. From the main menu window, click the New Task button, select Email in Task type, enter the desired name for this task in the Task name box, click in advance the From folder option, specify the containing folder Your digital photos, check the Include subfolder item and press the OK button to continue.
2. PDP will start the process of loading computer memory of the image files in the selected folder. Click on the corresponding icon in the My To-Do's area.
3. Email Photos window will appear. Enter the e-mail address of the recipient in the Type addresses here: area, enter a title for the letter in the area Type subject here :, enter the message in the area Type your message here: and then press the Send button to send mail (You must register a free account at the PDP Web site before you can exploit this feature). Finally, click the Done button to save all changes and return to the main menu.
PRINT PROOFS feature: Allows you to perform all tasks related to digital photo printing.
1. From the main menu window, click the New Task button, select Print Proofs in Task type, enter the desired name for this task in the Task name box, click in advance the From folder option, specify the folder containing your digital photos, check the Include subfolder item and then press the OK button to continue.
2. PDP will start the process of loading computer memory of the image files in the selected folder. Click on the corresponding icon in the My To-Do's area.
3. The Print Proofs window will appear. Determine the layout as desired, determine the number of prints for each current image and then click the Print button to start printing images. Finally, click the Done button to save all changes and return to the main menu.
