[OS X] Chat Facebook right on the Messages of MacOS
Messages are available chat software for Mac OS X, often users use it to chat iMessages, text messages from computers to computers, iPhone phones, iPad tablets. However, in addition to that main purpose, Messages can also be used with many other services such as: direct messaging between Apple computers in the same LAN, linked to Gmail, Yahoo, AIM and Jabbe

However, beyond that main purpose, Messages can also be used with many other services such as: direct messaging between Apple computers in the same LAN, linked to Gmail, Yahoo, AIM and Jabber. While Facebook is not on the supported list, you can still easily add it by going through Jabber, please see below.
Download OS X Yosemite10.10.2
B1 - Running Messages software and accessing its Preferences . ( by going to the top menu -> Messages -> Preferences . or pressing the shortcut key: command + ,)
B2 - On the Accounts tab click on the + sign in the lower left corner and select Other Messages account .
B3 - Select Jabber in the Account Type box and fill in the parameters like the image below. Account Name is your Facebook name ( eg facebook.com/xxx ) - Pass is the password fb. Other parameters as shown in the picture below.
That's it, you can browse the list of Facebook online by Messages and chat directly on this software.
