How to insert an icon into a link in an Outlook signature
When creating a signature in Outlook , many people want to insert a link icon so that the other person can access it immediately when needed. To support Outlook users in using it conveniently, you can completely insert a link icon right in the Outlook signature, without needing another tool. Below are instructions for inserting a link icon in an Outlook signature.
How to insert a link symbol in Outlook signature
Step 1:
In the Outlook interface, we click on the gear icon and select Accounts > Signatures as shown.
Step 2:
Now click New Signature to create a new signature in Outlook.
Step 3:
First, name this signature . Then click on the 3 dots icon and select the insert link icon .
Now enter the link text and website URL and click Save to save this link. Continue to insert other links you want in your Outlook signature.
Step 4:
To insert an icon into a link in your Outlook signature, click the image icon to insert an image or icon.
Once the image is inserted into the signature, we resize the image to fit the signature.
Step 5:
Finally, you save the Outlook signature with the image inserted in the link .
When composing an email, just click on the newly created signature.
