How to insert a link symbol in Outlook signature
Step 1:
In the Outlook interface, we select the gear icon and select Accounts > Signatures as shown.

Now click New Signature to create a new signature in Outlook.

First, name this signature . Then select the 3 dots icon and select the insert link icon .

Now enter the link text and website URL and click Save to save this link. Continue to insert other links you want in your Outlook signature.
