Step 1:

From the Skype interface, click the Tools menu and select Options .

Step 2:

In the Options interface, click Advanced > Advanced settings, then uncheck the Keep Skype in the taskbar while i'm signed in . Then, click Save to save.

Step 3:

Right-click the Skype icon and select Properties

In the Properties dialog box, select the Compatibility tab and check the Run this program in compatilibity mode for line and select Windows Vista (Service Pack 2) in the section below. Then, click OK .
