Instructions to enable 2-layer authentication on Zalo

Step 1:

At the interface on Zalo, we click on the person icon in the lower right corner of the screen. Next, switch to the new interface, the user clicks on the gear icon in the upper right corner.

 

 

Step 2:

Then, in the interface as shown below, the user clicks on Account and Security . Now you find the 2-step Authentication option and by default this feature is in off mode.

 

We will slide the white circle button to the right to activate 2-layer authentication on Zalo . After enabling this feature, the mode requiring 2-layer authentication code entry on Zalo is activated.

In case users log in to Zalo account on strange devices, the first time logging in to Zalo, after entering the phone number and login password, the application will send an authentication code to your phone message and you need to enter the OTP code to confirm account login.

Step 3:

In case you no longer want to use the 2-factor authentication feature on Zalo, just turn it off . Zalo will then ask you if you agree to turn off 2-factor authentication, click Agree to confirm.
