Step 1 : Open Foxit Reader, click on the Home tab, select Image Annotation .

Step 2 : Move the mouse to the position where you want to insert the image, circle the place where the image will appear, and then the Add Image window will immediately appear, click Browse .

Step 3 : Open window appears, select the image to insert, click Open to open the image.

Step 4 : Click Advanced . to adjust the image position, Image Placement window appears, you can customize the border size, position the image, then click OK :

Step 5 : Customize the image definition in the Opacity section, rotate the image in the Rotate section. After customizing, click OK .
