Step 1:

Users click the link below to download the PicsArt application on Windows 10.

At the interface, the user logs in to a PicsArt account or creates an account via Microsoft, Google or Facebook accounts.

Step 2:

Below is the interface of PicsArt application on Windows 10. The application has items including Editor, Polygon, Magic, Filters, Double Exposure, Color Exposure, Pixel Stretch, Sketch and Collage.

Step 3:

You click on the Editor and choose how upload photos to edit. Check the image and click Next to edit.

In the editing interface there are basic tools including:

• Canvas: Set the image to social media size.
• Images: Replace other edited image.
• Overlays: Add a color overlay effect.
