    Use the built-in search.
    1. Windows 10 users can simply search control panelvia the search bar on their taskbar. If that isn't present, press the Start button and begin typing.
    2. Select the matching result.

    2. Type control, control.exe, or control panel.
    3. Hit ↵ Enter or press OK.

    1. Use the address bar dropdown:
      1. Click the mini arrow next to the icon.
      2. Select Control Panel from the dropdown.
    2. Open the executable file:
      1. Type "%systemroot%system32control.exe" into the address bar.
