Method 1: Find Apple Watch mode on the body
Most Apple Watch series will print the model name on the back of the watch face, on the body of the device with information such as the series name, material type and size. For example, the Apple Watch below has a model of series 3, 38mm, Aluminum Case, GPS.
We can also check if the Apple Watch supports Cellular or not by looking at the crown. If the crown has a red circle, it is Cellular. Apple Watch currently has 2 models: GPS and GPS + Cellular.
Method 2: Find Apple Watch model on Watch app
In addition to looking on the body, if you are connecting Apple Watch to iPhone, you can check immediately through the Watch app without having to remove the device to check the back.
Step 1:
Once Apple Watch is connected to the iPhone, they access the Watch app, then click on the My Watch tab , then on General .
