How to use Smart Compose to compose speedy messages in Gmail

There is still much to learn with this new version of Gmail.

Google has revealed Gmail's new Smart Compose feature at the event for their annual developers this week. And now it has been released for testing on computers. Smart Compose is built on the Smart Reply idea, capable of predicting what you will write in the email.

To use Smart Compose, first make sure you enable new Gmail then click the Settings tab in the right corner. In the table that appears, click on the option to enable experimental access and save the changes. The next time you create a new email, you will see a notification dialog about Smart Compose, select Tab to agree with the suggestion that this feature offers.

Smart Compose feature helps to compose messages quickly by suggesting content

As you write, the suggested text will appear in the background of the text line in progress and has a lighter color. Tests used to show that this feature is not perfect, sometimes accepting suggestions that only show one word at the end of the sentence. Perhaps the more you use Smart Compose, the more likely it is to recognize and understand the context of the message.

Smart Compose currently only supports English and Google also warns that Smart Compose is unable to provide answers and it is not always true.
