Step 1: First go to the Settings app, scroll down and select the Digital Wellbeing feature, in some other installed application interfaces it will be called Digital Balance .

Step 5: To reopen the application, go to the Dashboard menu, click on the hourglass of the app you set. Then select Delete timer to clear the application limit.
