Basically, the process is still based on VNC Viewer application, but we will not install any more applications on Mac OS X, just change a small attribute to allow the administrator directly Control Mac OS X from Windows via VNC Viewer.
Here are the detailed steps, to control Mac OS X via Windows with VNC Viewer. First, select System Preferences in Mac OS X and select Sharing in the Internet & Network section :
Click the Apple Remote Desktop icon to activate the service, then select Access Privileges . :
Please check all the boxes in that window, and most importantly the VNC viewers section may control screen with password :
