Tencent has released an ambitious free-to-play multiplayer survival game on mobile devices and, since its launch, has attracted a huge community of players from all over the world. If you want to dive into the rich experience it offers, here are five great basic tips to get you started.

What is Undawn?

Undawn is a new survival, action, shooting and management game developed by Tencent. It is a great multiplayer RPG game in which we have to explore a huge post-apocalyptic map with many different ecosystems in search of both resources and enemies who also want to take them.

In the story mode there are different factions, but also other players, mutant creatures, animals and of course allies who can join our custom survival camp.

When can I play Undawn?

After a period of testing, Undawn is finally available for free on mobile and desktop. Since it's a free-to-play game — and one that's made an effort to avoid pay-to-win — it's free to download, though there are optional in-game purchases.
