- Select Start , enter the search box for keywords regedit select regedit.exe .

- In the Registry Editor interface , find the OEMBackground keyword by the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersio AuthenticationLogonUIBackground .
- Double-click on the OEMBackground key to change the value of Value data to 1 and click OK .
- Next, select Start, type gpedit.msc and select gpedit.msc .
Or you can type gpedit.msc in the Run dialog box .
- In Local Group Policy Editor , open the link: Computer ConfigurationAdminnistrave TemplatesSystemLogon .
- Double click Always use custom logon background and set Enabled mode, click Apply and OK .
You restart the computer.
Step 2: Set the login wallpaper.
- Go to oobe folder under the path C: WindowsSystem32oobe create info folder and in info folder create backgrounds folder.
- You choose the image as the login wallpaper, the size suitable for the screen resolution. The file size should not be larger than 256KB and named backgroundDefault.jpg then you copy this image to the newly created backgrounds section.
You can reboot to see changes (or Windows + L key combination ).
