2. Sync contacts from Gmail to your Android device.
After importing your iPhone contacts to Gmail, we need to sync the contacts on our Android device before exporting the contacts to a SIM card.
Step 1 : Go to Settings => Sync => Google .
Step 2: You touch the Contact section to sync contacts on the phone.
3. Transfer contacts from phone to SIM card
Step 1: Go back to the contacts list and click on the 3 dots in the right-hand corner and select Import / Export contacts.
Step 2: Click to select Export to SIM card 1 and click OK .
