How to create a separate password for apps that sign in with Apple ID

Some applications outside of Apple when creating an account need to use Apple ID to use some information stored in iCloud such as email, contacts, . And to secure your Apple ID account including password, then we can create a separate Apple ID password for the app of our choice. When you sign in with your Apple ID to the app, that unique password is used, not the Apple ID account password. Instructions to create an Apple ID login application password

Note, your Apple ID account must have iCloud 2-factor authentication enabled on iPhone.

Step 1:

First, you log into Apple's iCloud website according to the link below.

Next, click the Sign In button to log in with the existing Apple ID account on the phone.

 

Step 2:

Switch to the main interface, click on your account avatar and then select Manage Apple ID .

Step 3:

Switching to the management and setting items for the Apple ID account, we click on the application's own password to set it up . Now click on Create your own password for the application to proceed with the setup.

Step 4:

Here you will enter a name for the application to log in with Apple ID to proceed to create a separate password for this application, then press the Create button below.

 

Now the website asks you to re-enter the Apple ID account password to confirm. As a result, you will see a separate password for the application signed in with Apple ID.

You will save this password to log into the application.

 

Step 5:

So you have created a separate password for the application to log in with Apple ID. We can create different passwords for the apps you want. Tap the plus icon to add apps.

If you want to remove the application from this list , click on the - icon to delete. You will then be asked if you want to revoke the application.

Step 6:

If you want to delete all apps in this list , click Revoke all . At this point you also agree to revoke all to delete the applications on this list.

Finally, enter your Apple ID account password to confirm.
