One of the drawbacks of Android is that all applications running in the background still use the device's memory to the maximum. This makes the Android device slow and hangs. In order for the Android device to work properly, you must install applications that can release internal memory. These applications can delete applications that are implicitly and recover the memory for other applications or for the Android system.

  1. How to clear cache and delete different Android application data?

iolo Auto Memory Manager is one of the applications that can automatically manage the device's RAM memory. In the application, users can set memory limits to fine-tune the device's operability. The application displays three thresholds for users to choose: Aggressive (highest level setting), Mild (moderate setting), and Default (kept at the default level of Android device). Of course, you can adjust different thresholds for application groups, then the iolo application will start shutting down all background processes and freeing RAM.

You can view the application menu from the device menu. Here, you can select Running Processes to see the list of processes and applications running on the device. You can delete processes and applications on this list if you have sufficient permissions. If your Android device is rooted, Auto Memory Manager can delete multiple processes and release RAM more efficiently.

Unfortunately, Auto Memory Manager is not updated to work with newer Android versions. You cannot install and use Auto Memory Manager on Android Marshmallow or Android Nougat versions. If you are using an old Android device, you can use Auto Memory Manager to free up internal memory and make the device work more efficiently.
