Windows Flip (ALT + TAB) incorporates Aero Peek

Windows 7 RC will demonstrate the perfect combination of Windows Flip - the feature to switch between application windows by shortcut Alt + Tab - and Aero Peek - the feature that makes transparent the new application window in Windows 7. Accordingly, when users use Alt + Tab shortcut all windows will become transparent. Enhance the flexibility of the 'Jump List' feature of Jump List

The 'paste' feature of files or folders commonly used in Jump List in Windows 7 Beta version only allows users to "paste" the files that the application can handle on the Jump List of that application.

Microsoft has decided to increase the flexibility of this feature in Windows 7 RC version. Specifically, users can 'paste' the file into Jump List of applications that are not the default application to process the file. At the same time, it will create a link between the application and the 'paste' file on the Jump List. When opening the file on Jump List it will only be opened by Jump List owner application, not the default application that handles the file.

For example, in Windows 7 RC version, users can paste an HTML file into Notepad's Jump List. If opened in the normal way, the file will be opened with the default application that handles it as Internet Explorer. However, if you open with Notepad's Jump List, that HTML file will be opened in Notepad, not Internet Explorer.

Gadget & icon on the screen
