This follow button will be released later this month. It is displayed on websites with RSS feeds to make following content in Brave News easier.

Brave has added new content channels to the browser, including one that accumulates gaming news from a variety of sources. Note that ads may be displayed in the news feed, and there appears to be no option to disable them.
