Viber chat service launches version for Linux
Viber recently announced the launch of its application - messaging service for users of the Linux kernel. According to Viber, they conducted tests to help their service work well on Ubuntu, Mint and Zorin OS operating systems.
Viber recently announced the launch of its application - its messaging service for users of Linux kernel operating systems. According to Viber, they conducted tests to help their service work well on Ubuntu, Mint and Zorin OS operating systems.
Users will also have to use their phone number to register. Viber allows synchronization of contacts and messages between different operating systems.
Viber for Linux version allows users to send text and audio messages for free, however, Linux users will not be able to video chat. Perhaps Viber will add this feature in a future update. Linux users can download Viber for use here.
