In the Redstone 5 update, Microsoft will have an additional Lean Edition specifically designed for devices with limited storage space. According to sources familiar with Microsoft, the new version will be shipped to OEMs for delivery on laptops and low-cost computers. Twitter users Lucan discovered this version from the Windows 17650 test build, currently installing will cost 2GB. Even Regedit is dropped and Microsoft is testing out as many things as possible.
