PropellerGuy asked his son and learned that he found a way to overcome the screen time management feature. When the time limit expires, the app is locked, he has deleted the game on the device and then go to the App Store and click on the cloud icon to reload. And so he can freely play because the game is not limited to time anymore.

Another parent said their 13-year-old child has also overcome the time limit feature on iOS 12 by fooling this feature when changing the time and date of the iPhone.

The time-limited feature developed by Apple for children and it seems that the firm has subjectively failed to calculate the possibilities. The kids are very smart now, are exposed to technology very early and they can find their way through this barrier easily.
