Tetris Royale Gameplay Guide

Tetris Royale, also known as Tetris 99, is a new version of the legendary puzzle game. Instead of playing simply, players have to compete with 99 other opponents, and only one survivor wins.

1. Platform support and release plan

Tetris Royale is currently available exclusively on Nintendo Switch Online and is completely free. Versions for iPhone, iPad and Android are in development, with a beta planned for release in select regions later this year. We'll keep you updated with the latest information on the game.

The game retains the familiar mechanics of previous versions, but with one difference: you have to compete with 99 other players.

3. Diverse game modes

In addition to the 100-player Battle Royale mode, the game also features:

- Daily challenges with attractive rewards.

- Solo marathon mode for those who like to compete individually.

4. Leaderboard and rewards

- 100 player mode with seasonal rankings.

- Players can take on daily challenges to earn rewards like customizing power-ups and boosters to use in-match.

5. Concerns about the business model

Tetris Royale's mobile launch has many concerned about the in-game purchase model. Currently, N3TWORK and the Tetris Company have not released official images or videos. Hopefully, more information will be available when the beta version is released.

In addition to Tetris Royale,  Flappy Royale  also has a Battle Royale style. Players have to compete with 99 other people in a maze of pipes, trying to survive as long as possible.
