Causes of errors:
In fact, this error occurs when Office is trying to open a text file in Protected Mode , or when the program comes with Outlook attachments, or files that do not have a clear origin.
Solution:
Please run this file, or try one of the two ways below:
Method 1:
Open Command under Administrator, then type (or Paste) the following command into:
icacls "% programfiles% Microsoft Office 15" / grant * S-1-15-2-1: (OI) (CI) RX
Press Enter to execute the command, and then reopen the text file, Office will no longer have the same error.
Method 2:
If the above does not solve the problem, try the following: open Control Panel> Programs> Uninstall a program or Programs and Features, select the corresponding Office application> Change> Online Repair and click on the Repair section.
