Hiren's BootCD PE (Preinstallation Environment) is a re-version of Hiren's BootCD, based on Windows 10 PE 64bit. Create USB boot with Hiren's BootCD PE

Link download Hiren's BootCD PE, 1.3GB, but download super fast, only takes a few minutes (of course depending on your network speed).

After downloading ISO file Hiren's BootCD PE, you can use Rufus to create USB boot as usual. With Rufus it's super easy, just follow the instructions from TipsMake.com.

Or you can use the ISO2USB tool that Hiren's BootCD PE development team has created, to copy the ISO file to USB. With this tool, you need admin rights to run, it's free and requires Windows 7 or later. The steps are as follows:

1. Only new USB drives are listed in the application's USB Device list. If you can't find the USB drive in this list, try reformatting the USB with the default Windows format tool (go to My PC / Computer> right-click the USB drive> Format> Restore device defaults> check the Quick Format and click Go to Start). Then, click the Refresh button on the right side of the USB Device drive.

2. If the ISO file of Hiren's BootCD PE is stored in the same folder as iso2usb.exe, it will be selected automatically. If not, drag and drop the ISO file into the application window or browse to the ISO file manually.

3. You can name the USB drive with capital letters and numbers.

4. The application will then ask if you want to continue. Click Yes if you are ready, the USB will be formatted, the partition and data on the USB will be erased. Click Yes again to start the USB boot process, and then it will complete if there is no problem.
