How to save photos according to the folder you want on Chrome

Save Image Router utility on Chrome is a utility to save images to folders that users want, instead of having to manually move.

On Google Chrome and other browsers, there is an option to change the default location for downloading data. However, when the user changes, the default download file from the browser will only save it. If you want to change the archive directory to classify data, users still have to proceed to transfer manually.

Save Image Router utility will change the way to save images on Chrome browser, automatically saved to the specified folder. Instead of saving the data to the previously installed download directory, users can specify to save the file in any directory. Instructions to save the file to the specified directory on Chrome

  1. Download the Save Image Router utility

Step 1:

You download the Save Image Router utility on the Google Chrome browser and then proceed with the installation. In the first interface, click Add to Chrome to install the utility on the browser.

Click Next Add add-on to agree to install Save Image Router on Chrome.

Then we will see the utility icon at the end of the browser address bar, along with the message shown below.

Step 3:

Next, the user will proceed to set up a directory to save to the utility's image download menu. Right-click on the Save Image Router icon in the toolbar and select Options.

Step 4:

Under the Directories interface, users will proceed to set up the following items:

  1. Title: You set the title title in the save menu of the extension like QTM, .
  2. Directory: You enter the name of the folder you want to save the image here when selecting QTM, like QTM 1. So the data will be saved to the QTM 1 folder in the default save location on the browser that the user set. Folder name does not contain characters? : ~ '<> * |.
  3. Dialog: Check this box if you want to confirm before saving. You can change the name, save location in the window that appears.
  4. Rename: Check this box if you want the utility to change the image file name according to the settings with the options: Rename (rename), Overwrite (override), Dialog (done in the save window). Then set the prefix, suffix for the image file name.

Once set, press the plus icon to save it. You can drag the four-tile button at the beginning of the line to change the display position of the utility's menu load option.

Step 5:

Now right click on the image you want to save and select Save Image to . the option to save the image to the default folder, or the previous folder created on the Save Image Router utility. If QTM is selected, the image will be saved to the Downloads> QTM 1 folder, in which Downloads is the default Chrome saved location.

When you open the Downloads folder on your browser you will see the QTM 1 folder created and the image saved to it.

Step 6:

The _default_ option will save the image file to the browser's default save directory. To hide this folder option, in the Options view of the Save Image Router , uncheck the box at Show default location in the menu (_default_) . Changes will be automatically saved.

So with the Save Image Router utility, users will easily manage the folder to download more data on Chrome browser. We can specify saving to another folder, in addition to the previously set storage directory. Save Image Router utility will automatically create other storage folders in the default folder for downloading data on Chrome.
