PUBG Mobile distributes login items through several parts of the interface rather than one permanent reward screen. Start with Events, then check Missions and in-game Mail. The exact labels and position can change with the current season and regional version.
Claim a daily login or event reward
- Open PUBG Mobile and wait for the lobby to finish loading.
- Select Events or the event-calendar icon. If a promotional panel opens automatically, close it only after checking whether it contains a claim button.
- Look through the active event categories for a section named Login, Sign-in, Daily, or similar.
- Select the reward for the current day and tap Claim or Collect.
- Return to the lobby and open your inventory if you want to confirm that the item was added.
Some items go to Mail instead of appearing directly in the inventory. This commonly happens with compensation, maintenance gifts, event results, or rewards that were issued after a delay.
Other places to check
- Missions: daily and weekly tasks may require you to collect completed rewards manually.
- Royale Pass: unlocked pass rewards have their own claim controls and are separate from ordinary login gifts.
- Mail: open messages with an attachment icon and choose the option to collect their contents.
- Clan or team screens: participation rewards may stay inside the relevant feature until claimed.
- Limited-time event pages: themed events often use a separate page, currency, and deadline.
If the login reward does not appear
Confirm the event is still active
Read the date and time shown on the event page. A reward calendar can disappear as soon as the event ends, and unused event currency may also expire. Do not rely on screenshots from an older season.
Check the account and regional version
Rewards can vary between regions, publishers, platforms, and account types. Make sure you are signed in to the account on which you completed the requirement. A guest account and a linked account may have separate progress.
Restart after an update
If the lobby loaded before event data synchronized, close and reopen the game. Install updates through the official app store, then check Events and Mail again. Avoid clearing app data unless the account is securely linked, because local guest progress can be lost.
Look for a claimed status
A greyed-out button, check mark, or “Claimed” label usually means the reward has already been collected. Temporary items may be placed in the inventory with an expiration time, so inspect the item details rather than assuming it is permanent.
Before contacting support
Record the account identifier, event name, reward, completion time, and any “Claimed” status shown in the game. Use the official in-game customer-service channel and attach a screenshot if the reward remains missing. Never send a password, verification code, or recovery code in a support message.
