How to display the menu bar in Internet Explorer 7
In older versions of the browser, the menu bar is displayed by default. You can set up IE7 to display the menu bar with just a few simple steps.
When you start Internet Explorer 7, which is the default browser in Windows Vista and an upgrade option in Windows XP, you may see an important component missing in your browser window - the familiar menu bar, Contains options like File, Edit, Bookmarks and Help. In older versions of the browser, the menu bar is displayed by default. You can set up IE7 to display the menu bar with just a few simple steps.
How to set IE7 to display menu bar?
Open Internet Explorer and follow these steps to display the menu bar whenever you use IE7:
Click the Tools menu , located in the upper right corner of the browser window.
When the menu appears, select Menu Bar. You should now see the menu bar displayed in the toolbar section of the browser window.
To hide the menu bar, just repeat these steps.
You can also click on any blank area of the site to display the context menu. Click the Menu Bar in the menu to display the familiar menu bar.

Run IE7 in full screen mode
If you run Internet Explorer in full screen mode, the menu bar will not display even if it is enabled. The address bar does not display in full screen unless you move the cursor to the top of the screen to view it. To switch from full screen mode to normal mode, just press F11.
