How to backup and restore messages on iPhone Zalo
Backup and restore messages on iPhone Zalo is a new feature that the manufacturer has updated in the latest version of Zalo application.
The Zalo iPhone has updated the message backup and restore feature, helping users to recover all messages in case of phone transfer.
Previously, the backup and restore feature of Zalo is only available on the Zalo PC version and Android Zalo version. And after the waiting time, the backup and restore feature for iPhone Zalo messages has also been updated. When the user proceeds to back up the message, a backup copy will be saved on the server system of Zalo. Even if you log in to your Zalo account at any device, you can restore the backup copy of the message, to retrieve the entire message.
What we need to do is upgrade the iPhone Zalo to the latest version and then back up the Zalo message, to restore the message when needed.

How to backup and restore iPhone Zalo messages
- Download iPhone Zalo application
Step 1:
In the interface on Zalo, we click on the 3 dots icon in the right corner, below the screen. After that, the user presses the gear icon in the top right corner.
Step 2:
Switch to the Settings interface, users click on the message settings section on Zalo account. You will then see the Backup & Restore feature in the Advanced section. Click on this Backup & Restore section.
Step 3:
Next, to back up the data press the Backup button . You wait for Zalo system to store all messages on the device. When you receive a message Backing up the message successfully , you have completed the operation of storing the iPhone Zalo message.
Above will be the most recent backup time, along with backup capacity.
Step 4:
Thus, when logging into Zalo on another device and want to retrieve this data, users click on Restore messages . Then, click on the Restore message button . You will need to press Exit Zalo and then open Zalo to proceed to restore the data.
Note to readers , can only restore backed up messages, and messages that have not been backed up can not be recovered.
Step 5:
In addition, Zalo iPhone also supports automatic backup. In the Backup section, automatically turn the horizontal bar to the right at Auto Backup . We will then see backup options for backup time and conditions.
When you click Time, you will be selected for automatic backup time according to Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
Click on Network conditions when backing up , users can choose to proceed to backup when WiFi is only used or when using a network connection with Wi-Fi or 3G.
So with the backup and restore feature is applied on all 3 versions of Android Zalo, Zalo iPhone and Zalo PC to help users get back all messages even if they log on any device . Backup copies will be stored on Zalo server system so you do not need to worry about losing backup copies of Zalo messages.
