- There is no paper in the rear tray (error code 1000).

- (code 1001) The CD|DVD disc tray has not been inserted into the machine.

- (code 1002) The CD/DVD disc has not been placed in the print tray.

- (code 1003) do not put paper on the Cassette at the bottom of the machine. Insert the paper (CD & DVD tray or disc) into the machine, press the Resume or Cancel key to continue printing.

- Paper is jammed in the machine (error code 1300).

- (code 1303) The machine cannot pull the paper in the back tray at the back of the machine.

- (code 1304) The machine cannot pull the paper in the tray under the machine.

- (code 1250) The side door of the machine is closed.

- (code 1600) One or more of the ink cartridges is out of ink.

- (code 1660) the toner cartridge has not been installed in the machine, or the chip pin has not been in contact with the ink tank.

- (code 1401) the nozzle has not been installed, or the printer nozzle has not been in contact with the machine.

- (code 1403) printhead temperature rise too high. The nozzle should be replaced.

- (code 1405) Printhead chip has no data or is lost.

- (generic error code 1841,1846,1851,1856) The CD&DVD player tray door is open or does not close tightly.

- (code 1850,1855) CD&DVD tray is not standard.

- (code 1830) CD&DVD printing function is not working for more than 12 minutes since the computer gave the print command.

- Press the Resume or Cancel button to clear the error.

- (error code 1681) the ink cartridges are all the same color in the printer.

- (code 1680) installed the toner cartridge in the wrong position of the ink colors in the machine.

- (error code1700, 1701) The IX 6560 inkjet printer reports waste ink overflow (also known as counter overflow).

- If the error (The ink absorber becomes almost full) appears on the computer, please press the Resume or Cancel button to remove the error.

- Fold the wire in half and temporarily tie the rubber band.

- Lift up the ink cartridge that is showing the flashing error and then push it back into its original position.

- Close the door, wait for the error message 13 orange lights, then press & hold the Resume/Cancel key for 5 to 15 seconds until the machine doesn't report an error, then release your hand.

- Redo the above operations when the machine still reports the error until the machine stops reporting the error.

Remove the test printer ink cartridge and clean the chip pins.
