On build 18290, when you hover over the mic icon, the app name using the microphone will be displayed. To go to the Microphone Privacy installation page, just double-click the icon. When multiple apps use the microphone for a while, only the number of apps is displayed.

4. Other improvements

Cortana / Search: The welcome window interface of Cortana / Search box is improved.
