Tips for sharing wifi password on iPhone

The Wi-Fi password sharing feature has been added to iPhones since iOS 11, but not many people know it.

So, if you do not know this feature, immediately try the following steps:

Step 1: Unlock your iPhone device or Apple device, make sure it's connected to the Wi-Fi network you're trying to share the password.

Step 2: Ask your friend to enter the Wi-Fi settings on their phone and choose the name of your Wi-Fi network.

Step 3: At this point, a dialog box will appear on the user's iPhone with content asking if you want to share the Wi-Fi password. Here, please share the Password.

Apple makes a number of requirements for Wi-Fi password sharing. So, if you're using Share Password in the above way but it doesn't work, here are some suggestions for you:

- Make sure all relevant devices are installing the latest operating system version. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings> General> Software Update to check. On a Mac computer, open System Preferences> Software Update.

- Make sure both devices are on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection.

- Devices sharing Wi-Fi passwords need to connect to the sharing network.

- Both people need to save an email associated with an Apple ID in the Contacts app
