How to set Firefox as the default PDF reader in Windows 10

Step 1: Make sure you use Firefox version 78 and above. Navigate to Start> Settings> Apps> Default Apps.

Step 2: Scroll down and click on the ' Choose default apps by file type ' option.

Step 3: Continue scrolling down and looking for .pdf , click on the current default Program icon.

Step 4: In the ' Choose an app ' dialog box , select Firefox.
