How to recharge your phone via Zalo Pay application

Online payment applications are gradually becoming popular, supporting users in making payments to save time and more quickly. You will not need to pay directly but can use it with a bank card on the services linked to.

If you have Zalo account, you can use Zalo Pay application, online payment within 2 seconds. This application provides users with many useful features including money transfer, payment, withdrawal, bill payment or phone recharge that we introduced in the following article.

Recharge phone on Zalo Pay can choose to recharge for many different networks. We can recharge the phone number we use, or recharge other phone numbers. Instructions for loading phone cards on Zalo Pay

1. Download the Zalo Pay Android app
2. Download iOS Zalo Pay

Step 1:

After you download the Zalo Pay application, follow the link above and start. In the start interface, click Login with Zalo to use Zalo Pay application. Next, users will enter Zalo account to login.

Step 2:

When logging into Zalo account successfully, users will need to allow Zalo Pay application to access some information from Zalo account, press Allow . Next, to ensure payment, create a payment password . Then, enter the phone number registered to use Zalo Pay. Click Continue to go to the next step.

Note to you , this registered phone number will only be entered once and cannot be changed. The registered phone number can be any phone number, it is not required to be the phone number on the device installed Zalo Pay.

Step 3:

Zalo Pay application will send the authentication code to the registered phone number, enter the authentication code and then click Confirm . So, we have access to the main interface of Zalo Pay application already. Click on the Deposit to charge phone card feature.

Step 4:

Continue clicking Buy Viettel card or choose to recharge your phone for another network. Here the user will select the purchase price as well as the number of cards they want to buy.

Check the information entered and click Confirm order .

Step 5:

Next, if your bank account has money left, click Confirm payment below. If you don't have money, click Add link to add a bank account. Select the bank to use the payment then you will see a notification before payment.

The phone number to load the card should be linked to the selected bank account. The balance in the bank account must be 50,000 VND, please Agree to continue. Finally enter your bank account information to proceed with payment.
