How to hide text from Word
To secure Word documents, we can set a password for Word files and can only open when entering the correct password. In case the user only wants to secure the information in a text on Word, it is possible to use the hidden, existing text feature on Word.

Instructions for hiding and displaying paragraphs on Word
Step 1:
In the text, hide the text, highlight the hidden text and look at the toolbar at the Font settings section and click on the small square icon .
Step 2:
A new dialog box appears in the Font section, check the Hidden box in the Effects section to hide hidden text. Click OK to save.
So the text has been hidden from Word.
Step 3:
If you want to re-display the hidden Word text, press Ctrl + A to highlight the entire Word file, then click on the box in the Font settings area . Or you can press Ctrl + D.
Step 4:
Now you just need to uncheck the Hidden box to display the hidden text in Word again.
Finally the text will also be displayed again in Word.
With just a few simple steps you can quickly hide and show Word text. Important information, the secret will be hidden so that users do not need to set a password so that anyone can open the Word file. Word versions follow the steps above to hide Word text.
