Google accidentally disclosed Android P will work like iPhone X

Google is testing a new navigation bar for Android P that looks very similar to the new iPhone X UI.

Google just unknowingly revealed a new navigation bar on a blog post by Android developers. Soon they removed the screenshot that I posted. Accordingly, the new navigation bar will have multitasking buttons and a Home button smaller than the capsule-like shape.

9to5Google newspaper reported that Google is experimenting with a new navigation bar like iPhone X, with swiping up to open multitasking. It is unclear if the Home button looks like the other tablet, just like the button on the leaked photo of the Moto X5, which acts as a button or just an indicator to swipe up and open multitasking interface like the iPhone X. Perhaps Google also still put the Back button even though 9to5Google thinks it needs to be included.

Google tested the new navigation bar on Android P

Currently the new navigation bar is still in beta. Google has also tested many changes in the navigation bar in other Android versions but not launched. However, in the new version of Android P, Google will also support rabbit ears screen like iPhone X or Essential Phone. At that time, the navigation bar uses a new claw operation that will be easier for developers to take advantage of the screen without bezel. Next month, we will also have more information about Android P at the event for Google I / O developers.
