Not only did R reveal Jason, Lucia and Vice City in surreal detail, they also stuffed in a series of Easter Eggs that if you weren't paying attention, you would have missed in the game's trailer.

Let's explore all the hidden details that TipsMake found in GTA 6 Trailer 2 and the official photos from Rockstar below.

Jason "patched the roof" referring to Rockstar itself?

The second GTA VI trailer opens with Jason Duval, one of the two main characters, fixing a roof on the outskirts of Vice City. When the grumpy landlord asks him what he's doing, Jason replies: 'I'm just patching up some leaks.' The line is simple, but it's a slight jab at the massive leaks that have been circulating around GTA 6 for years.

In the midst of Rockstar's surprise trailer release without warning, Jason's 'roof patch' was nothing more than a very harsh tease from Rockstar about how they deal with game information leaks.

 

Gym Easter Egg - Fitness System Returns?

In the first few seconds of the trailer, Jason appears while lifting weights. And he is not alone, behind him there are many other NPCs working out, punching, doing push-ups.

A small detail that has the community buzzing: is the San Andreas-style gym mechanic coming back? That means you can build muscle, lose fat, and customize your character's body to your liking, something many fans have long wanted to see return to GTA.

 

Real Life Location – Caribbean Club

Rockstar has always been famous for including real locations in their games, and the GTA VI trailer is no exception. In one frame, Jason and Lucia are sitting in a bar that looks very similar to the real Caribbean Club in Key Largo, Florida.

Right in that frame, we also see a mention of a storm named Roxy, a detail that is extremely easy to overlook but clearly reflects the everyday quality that GTA 6 is aiming for. Because it mentions a real-life storm named Roxanne.

Lucia's Yellow Dress Returns

You may remember that in the first trailer, Lucia made an impressive appearance in a sparkling gold dress. Rockstar sneaked that dress back in a hotter scene in the second trailer. This is the kind of 'reminiscent with upgrade' Easter egg that only Rockstar could think of, making longtime fans extremely excited.

Ammu-Nation "reappears"

Of course, what would GTA be without Ammu-Nation? Trailer 2 quickly confirmed that the famous gun store chain would be returning in part 6, even if only for a moment.
But if you pause carefully, you'll notice two more interesting details in the same frame, which are.

Phil Cassidy – Legend Returns?

That's right, one of the moments that made veteran GTA fans scream was the TV commercial for a gun store, in which a man. missing an arm looked a lot like Phil Cassidy from Vice City.

While the Vice City and GTA 5 universes are different, this could be a throwback Easter egg, or Rockstar could be rebooting Phil in a modern way. Either way, this is a huge tease for the lore-loving community.

7. PS5 lurking behind?

In the same frame above, if you look closely, you'll see a PlayStation 5 and a DualSense controller neatly placed on the left.
This clever insertion could be related to the exclusive partnership between Sony and Rockstar that many recent rumors have mentioned. Rockstar has always had a 'gentle diversion' style like that.

8. Do hair and beard grow over time?

In various scenes, Jason's hair and beard lengths change dramatically – suggesting that Rockstar could potentially bring the hair/beard growth mechanic from Red Dead Redemption 2 to GTA 6.
It's a small thing, but it's a big deal: this would be a much-anticipated upgrade in terms of character customization.

9. Gatorland – Another real-life location?

In an official photo, we see the park has a nameplate similar to Gatorland – a famous tourist area in Florida.
This detail continues to confirm that Leonida (the fictional state in GTA 6) is built extremely close to the real-life state of Florida, from culture, terrain to people.

10. Not just Leonida – Gloriana is a new state?

Another image released by Rockstar mentions the state of Gloriana – this could be their way of introducing another new state besides Leonida.
Based on the name, many people have speculated that Gloriana is a fictional version of Georgia or California. If true, GTA 6 could have a multi-state map like Red Dead 2 – which would be epic!

11. Remembering Tommy Vercetti?

In a very subtle scene, Jason wears a palm tree-patterned shirt and stands opposite the Ocean View Hotel – the exact place where Tommy Vercetti 'set up shop' in Vice City.
Needless to say, veteran fans will immediately recognize: Rockstar is paying tribute to the legendary character of the GTA series in a subtle but extremely "cool" way.

12. Fishing, billiards, volleyball – normal activities back?

The first trailer teased volleyball and basketball. The second trailer and official images also showed Jason fishing and playing pool.
From that, it can be confirmed that mini-games and everyday activities will return in GTA 6. It seems that after building a surreal world, Rockstar is trying to make it as close to real life as possible.

13. Lucia Kicks and Punches – Underground Martial Arts Tournament?

In a very quick scene, Lucia appears in boxing gear as if she's about to enter a boxing tournament.

A photo shows an NPC character carrying a pet on his shoulder, and the animal. is wearing a crown, and is dressed in extremely "fashionable" clothes.
If Rockstar allowed pet customization, don't be surprised if you see crocodiles wearing gold necklaces or parrots wearing Gucci hats in the game!

15. Mini-games are officially back!

The photo of Jason playing pool is a clear proof that mini-games are returning – something that used to appear in San Andreas, then gradually removed in GTA 4 and 5.
Now, in addition to the main mission and crime journey, you will have relaxing moments with pool, fishing, beach sports, etc.… A big step to make the world of GTA 6 more alive than ever.
