The latest support document posted on Apple's official website today outlined the diagram and features of the connectivity ports of the new MacBook version that the company upgraded yesterday. This model will support exporting video and audio signals through the Mini Display Port. This feature allows users to use a cable through the Mini DisplayPort-to-HDMI adapter to a home entertainment system such as a speaker system or HD television.
According to a note contained in this document, the converter must be VESA compatible to be able to transmit the full signal.
Currently the MacBook Pro and iMac versions have been provided with this type of connector. However, integrating it on the MacBook White low-end line is considered a very recognizable endeavor of "Apple."
