Steps to free up Google Drive space
Freeing up Google Drive space will give you more space when you need to store new data. If you calculate properly, Google's free 15Gb will meet your minimum needs.
Google Drive is collecting all data of Mail, Google Photos, Docs, Sheets . stored on the system and this has caused the overall storage capacity to be significantly reduced. If you don't allocate space well, the free 15GB on Google Drive doesn't seem to be enough for all.

Step 1: Go to the homepage of Google Drive and log in to the account that needs to free up space.

To select multiple documents at once on Google Drive, hold down Ctrl + Left click. In case you want to select all, press Ctrl + A or press Shift + Left click (1) to select in the form of a list.
Next, select the Recycle Bin (2) to put the data in the trash and delete it.
Step 3: After deleting data, the space on Google Drive will not be freed if you do not delete it in the Trash. To delete data permanently, select the Recycle Bin item.
Step 4: Next, select Empty Recycle Bin to delete all data in the recycle bin and free up Drive space. When you clear the recycle bin, all data will be deleted and you will not be able to recover. So before you delete, please consider.
