According to US security firm McAfee, mobile device virus has begun to appear since last year and is growing rapidly. In just one year, they have achieved a 10-fold growth rate compared to malicious software on computers. They are also very dangerous because of their ability to spread quickly, mainly because antivirus software on mobile devices has not been widely used as in computers.

McAfee also brought bad news to PC users in 2006 when claiming that unwanted programs (PUP), including spyware and adware, as well as Trojan-based phishing attacks 40% increase this year and will continue to maintain pace next year.

Online scammers will be "more creative" and focus on harnessing the generosity of users as they did after Katrina in the US. At the same time, they also narrowed down the attacker to bring the best effect.

Some popular online services like eBay and Amazone.com are also in the sights of those who steal sensitive information to make fake transactions.
