iOS 13: How to activate and use the 'Instant Notes' feature
The feature is quite interesting on iOS 13, allowing you to take quick notes without having to unlock the device.
On the recent Samsung Galaxy Note series, users can quickly take notes just by removing the stylus from the device and start recording straight to the screen. I must say this feature is extremely useful if you need to "operate" quickly when needed. And with the iPhone (or iPad), Apple also quickly adds this feature and it allows you to take quick notes or return to recently viewed notes without having to unlock the device.
This feature is exactly called Instant Notes , and it is an addition to iOS 13 for the default Notes app. If you are interested, the following is how to activate and use it.
Step 1: Go to Settings> Control Center.
Continue to click on the "Customize controls" line.
Navigate to "Note" and click on the "+" icon at the beginning of the line to add this option to Control Center.
Step 2: Return to the Settings interface, navigate to the "Notes" section and click on it.
Step 3: Scroll to the end of the line and click "Access notes from the Lock screen".
Here Notes will give you 3 options including "Disable" (do not activate instant notes), "Always create new notes" (if you always want to create new notes every time you use use) and "Continue the last note" (allows you to continue working with the previously created note).
For the "Continue last note" option, you'll get a series of options that allow you to set up Instant Notes to send you a new note from the lock screen after 5 minutes, after 15 minutes, after 1 hour, after today or never. The shorter the time limit, the more secure your notes will be for prying eyes.
Once setup is complete, you can experience it instantly by visiting the Lock Screen, calling out the Control Center and clicking on the Notes icon.
The "Instant note" feature will start.
And you can continue your work.
