Guide teachers to retrieve VnEdu password

Step 1:

First of all, we visit VnEdu homepage. Here, click the Login button in the top right corner of the screen and select the Login teacher section.

Step 2:

When the login interface appears, click the Lost password entry.

Step 3:

To retrieve VnEdu password, the system needs you to provide a phone number or email. Please enter exactly one of these data and then click Reset password .

Step 4:

If you choose the option to retrieve VnEdu password by phone number, write the message according to the syntax: TL QMK send 8099 ( 1000 VND / message). The system will send the phone a code immediately after that, you enter this code in the Mobile code box. In the Please select the account you want to retrieve password , select the account name to get the password and click the Continue button. In the Confirm password window, enter and confirm the new password.

If retrieving VnEdu password by email, select the account name to recover the password, and then click the Continue button. After that, the system will automatically send the link to the email address provided above, click on that link to enter and confirm the new password.

Note: In case, the teacher does not declare the phone number, email address, there is only way to contact the school administrator by updating personal profile information. The steps are as follows:

Method 1:

Go to the Human Resource Profile in the School Manager under the Start link> Human Resource Management> Personnel Profile , update information, including mobile phone number and email address.

Method 2:

For teachers who are not able to access the school management, contact the school's software administrator to update the profile information as instructed above.

Guide students to retrieve their password VnEdu

Step 1:

Similar to the above, you must first access the VnEdu homepage, then select Login in the top right corner and select the Student log entry .

1. Access: VnEdu

Step 2:

You will be redirected to the account login interface, then click on Retrieve password .

Step 3:

Now, you use the previously registered phone number, if you forget the phone number, you can search by student code. Then, write the message according to VNEDU HS MK syntax send to 8099 (1000VND / SMS) to retrieve VnEdu password.

Step 4:

Wait a moment, the system will send a new password to the phone number, log in to the system with that password.
