Step 1 : Open Skype, on the main interface, click Can't access your account?

Step 2: There will be a website appear, asking you to enter the email you use to register for an account, then click Send email .

You will receive an email from the host company

Step 3 : Open the email, click Follow this link .

Step 4 : You will go to the website showing the account that you use this email to register, you can have multiple accounts, select the account you want to reset, then click Reset password

The next step will be another window asking you to change the password:

1. Enter the new Password in the Enter a new Skype password box .
2. Re-enter the new Password again into the Repeat password box.

Then click Save .

From now on, you can login to Skype with a new password.
