How to adjust the size of PowerPoint photos automatically
Inserting images into a slide or inserting images into Word are very important and basic operations, serving for editing requirements as well as increasing attractiveness for more content. And as usual when inserting images into content you have to proceed to resize images to suit the layout. However, in PowerPoint, it is possible to adjust the image size completely automatically, instead of having to manually adjust the image to stretch multiple times. 1. Adjust the image to fit the slide content frame
Step 1:
There are some content frameworks on PowerPoint with many different arrangements for us to choose from. Users click on the Insert tab and then click on New Slide to select the slide template in the list.
There are many types of slide templates for you to use for presentations.
Step 2:
Once you have displayed the slide template we adjust the size of the content frame, reducing the frame size by using the tip points in the frame.
Step 3:
Once you have the size you want, then click on the image icon as shown below. Then select the image you want to insert into the content box.
Then the image is automatically resized to fit the content frame that we have reduced the size above. So you do not need to proceed to resize the image as before. Image quality is not changed even if you reduce the image size to the smallest.
2. Adjust the size of multiple photos on the slide
Step 1:
In a slide if there are multiple images with different sizes that you want to bring to the same size, press Ctrl and then click on those images .
Step 2:
Click the Format tab as shown below.
Then in the image editing section in the Size section we can enter the size you want to change for all images on the slide. You enter the height for the image in the Height section and the width for the image in the Width section.
The selected image immediately changes according to the size that the user has entered above.
In case you want to resize multiple photos at once, but don't want the same size, just press Ctrl and click on the images. Once grouped, stretch the frame or shrink the frame size according to your needs. Each image will resize according to the user's actions without the same size.
Automatic image size adjustment on PowerPoint slides is very simple, even if you want to adjust multiple image sizes at the same time. We just need to group the images together and adjust them to the same size, or different sizes.
