Apple owns a secret facility outside its headquarters, where researchers collect health data for the next generation of products, starting with Apple Watch.

The company has opened some of its facility doors for Men's Health to look deeper into the lab, where Apple tracks more activity and exercise data than any other study ever had. in history - at least according to Apple health department manager Jay Blahnik.

He said that the team "tracked 33,000 sessions with more than 66,000 data hours", involving more than 10,000 people 'over a five-year period.

All this data will help the Apple Watch health monitoring device become one of the most powerful devices on the market. The new watchOS 4 will be revealed at Apple's event on September 12, but Blahnil and the company shared some details about Watch earlier.

New generation products will bring many breakthrough new features

The new watchOS will be equipped with the ability to track each part of the intense, intermittent exercise, making it more useful for exercises that are not limited by schedule. Watch can also be combined directly with fat burners to track exercises with indoor exercise machines.

We learned about this from the WWDC event in June, where Apple's Kevin Lynch previewed this OS.

The new release of the upcoming OS brings more possibilities (in terms of multimedia), not just health-related parameters: watchOS will be able to store 800 songs, bringing it to the wristband. This every hour of listening to music while exercising without a phone nearby.

New features related to exercises are also attractive, but compared to rumors of Apple's new generation, it is not really outstanding. The company said it is developing a possible internal glucose management feature. This will be the first and significant breakthrough in diabetes treatment.

Third-party applications now use Watch's sensors to detect heart disease, proving that it can be used to track simple exercise.

Meanwhile, the iPhone has become a place to store users' health history, making it easy to share treatment data between doctors and hospitals.

Supposedly Apple will reveal Watch has a connection with LTE on the event that took place later this month, making it a must-have device. Customers can easily find the experience of using the phone without the phone but the health and exercise features are what makes Watch great.
