This bread cutter and photo splitting procedure will show you how the digital photo is edited

This trick seems to be similar to optical illusion but it is a basic proof that makes it easy to understand how editing / reducing, reducing the size of digital images takes place.

This trick seems to be similar to optical illusion but it is a basic proof that makes it easy to understand how editing / reducing, reducing the size of digital images takes place.

Youtube channel Kensuke Koike used a bread cutter to cut the photo of the dog into small pieces and then put it together to create two pictures of the same dog. Continuing to do it again with those two photos, we will get 4 photos of the same dog but the resolution is significantly reduced because the pixels on the original image are divided equally into 4 photos.

The dog image is cut both horizontally and vertically, when it becomes a set of smaller pixels. When divided according to the right position and pixel ratio, we get many of the same photos.

With classic software like Photoshop, still images are smooth even though the pixel is narrowed down by the assurance of many complex algorithms.
