It looks very simple, but why does this arrow rotate even to the right?

This magic arrow is used by mathematician Kokichi Sugihara from Meiji University in Japan to apply visual effects to 3D objects created. Sugihara with the knowledge of a mathematician who has designed a 3D object can change its shape from an angle of view. When looking down from above, it is clear that this arrow is perfectly symmetrical but no matter how it turns, it points to the right, even before the mirror, that illusion still works but always turns left.

But obviously when looking down from above, it is clear that this arrow is perfectly symmetrical.
